iPhone and iPad

ROK Battles uses a configuration profile to capture supported reports while you play Rise of Kingdoms on your iPhone or iPad.

Install

1. On your iPhone or iPad, download the ROK Battles profile.
2. Open Settings, tap Profile Downloaded near the top, then tap Install and follow the onscreen prompts.

That's it! Return to Rise of Kingdoms and keep playing normally. ROK Battles should capture supported reports automatically.

Troubleshooting

• If you use a VPN, disable it while using ROK Battles. A VPN may conflict with the configuration profile.
• If reports are not being captured after installation, restart your device.
• If Profile Downloaded does not appear in Settings, download the profile again and install it promptly. iOS and iPadOS remove downloaded profiles that are not installed within eight minutes.
• If Stolen Device Protection blocks the installation, try again from a familiar location. If you temporarily disable Stolen Device Protection, re-enable it immediately after installing the profile.

Uninstall

1. Open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
2. Tap ROK Battles DNS.
3. Tap Remove Profile (or Delete Profile, depending on your system version), then follow the onscreen prompts.
